A few things before we get started!
By booking, you agree to the following

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

Life happens!

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no additional charge.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable and may require a new booking.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule our session, you'll have the option to choose another available time or receive a full refund.

REFUNDS

Sessions are fully refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Once a session has begun or been completed, it is non-refundable.

Booking a session reserves that time specifically for you, so refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of a session or whether a particular personal, creative, or professional result is achieved.

WHAT OUR SESSION IS

This is dedicated time for us to work through YOU. Your ideas, goals, mindset, creative process, decisions, obstacles, or whatever you're trying to move forward.

Depending on what you bring into the room, we may work through; clarity, strategy, perspective, detachment/letting go (of a thing, person or limiting belief), accountability, creative direction, practical next steps, or simply getting to the root of what's keeping you stuck.

Every conversation is different because every person is different.

My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity and something useful to move forward with.

WHAT OUR SESSION ISN'T

These sessions are coaching and educational conversations based on my experience, perspective, creative practice, and the information you choose to share with me.

They are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.

I may challenge your thinking, ask questions, share strategies, or offer a different perspective, but you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

BEFORE WE TALK

You don't need to prepare a presentation or have everything figured out.

But you'll get much more from our time if you arrive knowing what you most want clarity on.

Before your session, consider:

What am I trying to move forward?
What's currently getting in the way?
What would make this conversation genuinely valuable to me?

Bring notes if you want. Bring questions. Bring the messy version of the idea.

Just bring something real for us to work with.

ARRIVING TO YOUR SESSION

Please join from somewhere you can talk openly and stay present for the duration of our session.

Have a stable internet connection and join a few minutes early if possible.

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time we have together, as sessions generally cannot be extended beyond their original end time.

PRIVACY

What you share during your session will be treated with respect and discretion.

I will not intentionally share personally identifying details from our private conversation publicly without your permission, except where disclosure may be required by law.

ONE LAST THING!

You don't need to show up as the version of yourself who already has the answer.
That's kind of the point.
